We pride ourselves on delivering products and services that go beyond our client’s expectations and we are committed to your satisfaction. As long as your company is under a Co-nexus maintenance contract and current with all invoices, we extend the following guarantees at a minimum:

• If for any reason, we miss a service response time, your warranty will be extended by one month.
• If we miss an agreed due date on Moves, Additions, or Changes (MAC), we will discount the price of the MAC order by 10%.
