SITUATION
Marshall, Neil & Pauley was in the process of building a new corporate office and had outgrown the capabilities of their current telecommunications system. They required a new system that would allow them to improve communications with their highly mobile sales force. Timely and efficient communications is a critical component of their business success.
SOLUTION
Co-nexus recommended a Siemens solution due to the name brand recognition and reliability associated with the global Siemens name. Co-nexus designed the Marshall, Neil and Pauley system so that they could easily add new technologies or tie to other locations. The system was designed so the client could make their own programming and design changes.
RESULTS
As a testament to the attention to detail of Co-nexus and reliability of the Siemens product, on the day of the cutover, the power to the building was lost due to a severe storm. All of the systems in the building failed, except the Siemens telephone system, which continued faultless operation throughout the storm and kept Marshall, Neil & Pauley connected to their important calling clients. |
