SITUATION
Quanta Services had reached maximum capacity on their existing headquarters system and needed room to grow. On a broader scale, the company has over 140 locations across the United States and was constantly challenged with managing countless vendor relationships, invoices for services, and different voice systems that would not network together. The company could not effectively administer the systems from a single location.
SOLUTION
After reviewing numerous vendors, Quanta Services chose Co-nexus. Co-nexus delivered an IP Telephony solution to satisfy the current growth requirements, plus the ability to serve as a central hub for all locations in the future, Quanta especially liked Co-nexus' ability to support them on a national basis.
RESULTS
Quanta Services has increased the system size in the corporate location to support the necessary growth. Users now have a more intuitive, empowering system available to them. Quanta was so pleased with the service and support from Co-nexus that they have contracted with Co-nexus for locations elsewhere in the United States and have signed a National Account Contract with guaranteed pricing anywhere in the nation. All systems deployed by Co-nexus can be networked to the corporate system when desired to increase communications between the field and corporate. |
