Mitel Messaging Server provides a powerful messaging application to organizations with various levels of messaging sophistication for individual user groups. The system can provide voice mail for the most basic of users, Integrated Messaging for those who wish to view all messages (voice, fax, email) in one place via their email client, and provides Unified Messaging for those users who require advanced messaging management and remote access to all messages. Text to speech allows the listening of emails over the phone and web client provides remote access via a user friendly GUI.

Mitel NuPoint Messenger answers the enterprise messaging needs of today's large organizations with highly reliable, scalable, integrated voice and fax messaging that can be accessed anywhere, anytime. To meet global communications needs, NuPoint Messenger can incorporate up to 12 languages per system simultaneously.

NuPoint Messenger also provides users access to a host of highly flexible and customizable applications. These applications allow users the flexibility of having their calls routed to them while they are on the road, or having access to their voice or fax messages from their PC.

NuPoint Messenger integrates with Mitel's PBX voice platforms, as well as PBX platforms from all leading vendors. The SIP-enabled addition to the family adds IP-integration capabilities to provide for an end-to-end IP solution.

NuPoint Messenger can be a cost-efficient solution for companies with as few as 25 employees, but can readily scale to serve the needs of 1500-person campuses and 100,000-employee global operations.
